Minna Pöllänen (she/her) is a London-based visual artist, PhD researcher at the Royal College of Art, and a Senior Lecturer at the University for the Creative Arts. Pöllänen’s practice, which is positioned in the intersection of sculpture, relational art and performance, explores body’s relationship to technology, labour and care, often through tactile encounters. Her recent works and PhD research focus on our (lacking) relationship to man-made space junk.

Pöllänen is a recipient of Kone Foundation PhD research grant in visual arts in 2025.
